If you have the smart phones mobile application of Bank of Palestine, you can through your own mobile phone add all PalPay services, inquiry for your open bills, and pay for them, in addition to paying university fees and micro-loans, Top-Up your mobile, with ensuring direct payment of the bills or the fees; where the paid amount is transferred directly from your own bank account to the account of the service provider you’re paying for.

For non-banker citizens, PalPay has worked to establish a wide network of authorized agents to enable you to pay all your financial obligations either by paying in cash or using credit cards. PalPay is working intensively to reach all citizens in all regions through a network of more than 6,000 points of sale; distributed upon shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, telecommunication agents, etc.. and spread all over the country, as to cover all cities, villages, rural areas and camps, to save you time and effort and offer you an alternative for standing in long lines to pay your bills. So you only have to head to the nearest authorized merchant to inquiry for your open bills and pay them, in addition to paying the University and micro-loans fees, and Top-up your mobile phones.

PalPay has developed a POS application to allow the non-bankers to pay all their financial dues; such as bills and fees, and Top-Up their mobile phones, by heading to any PalPay merchant, and ask him to inquiry for any unpaid bills, and pay them either in cash, or by any credit card, using the POS machine that will print a slip for the customer as a proof that the payment was done successfully.

This channel was developed to be used by PalPay’s merchants to perform Top-Up transactions for Wataniya Mobile customers, through computers. Where this application allows the merchants to generate reports of all transactions done in certain periods, and inquiry for their remaining balances, and define a list of VIP customers.
